Your Career as an Entry-level Accounting Specialist

As an entry-level Accounting Specialist, you will work with team members to learn, develop, and utilizing your skillset to organize and process important financial data. Responsibilities as an Entry-level Accounting Specialist
 All duties are for a number of clients- high volume work
• Review processing of A/P, A/R, and other core accounting transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards
• Assist with weekly accounting checklists and month-end closing
• Process various accounting related reports
• Make personal development a priority by seeking feedback and opportunities to grow
• Dedicate necessary effort to complete assignments accurately and on time

Experience
• Relevant experience or schooling to the listed responsibilities
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience

Qualifications
• Understanding of QuickBooks Online, or a desire to earn it, is mandatory
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office 365 tools
• The desire to work with a number of clients simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
